Why doesn't Toll Alert work for me?


If you have Toll Alert enabled, there are two main reasons why you may not be seeing alert activity. First, in your phone settings, push notifications and location services must be turned on for the Uproad app. Second, even when these services are enabled, sometimes you may get limited or even lose phone service connectivity while driving. Unfortunately, since this affects your phone's location and messaging functions, you won't receive a Toll Alert.
