Why doesn't Toll Alert work for me?


First, make sure you have turned on Toll Alert enabled. To do this, select the “Toll Alert” icon on the bottom of the Uproad app and “Turn on.” If you have done this and still aren’t seeing alert activity there could be a couple of explanations.

First, in your phone settings, push notifications and location services must be turned on for the Uproad app. To do this, select 'Settings', 'Notifications' and then turn on notifications specifically for Uproad.

Second, even when these services are enabled, sometimes you may get limited phone service connectivity while driving. Unfortunately, since this affects your phone's location and messaging functions, you won't receive a Toll Alert. Once you regain full phone service, Toll Alert notifications will resume.
