What if my payment method is not active anymore?

In order to adhere to anti-money-laundering policies, Uproad usually returns funds to the payment method used when purchasing subscriptions.

In exceptional situations, refund to another payment method is possible, but we may request some proof of previous payment method deactivation and new payment method ownership.

Uproad won’t issue a refund to the payment method that belongs to a different individual.
