What does it mean if my vehicle shows as 'Inactive'?

If your vehicle shows as “inactive” it means you can't use Uproad to pay for tolls yet - but you will be able to soon.

For your vehicle to be active, you must add both your vehicle and payment information to your account. Once this is complete, Uproad sends the vehicle information to toll agencies for activation.

When the agency completes the registration process, the vehicle status will change to "active." After this status change, you will be able to use Uproad to keep track of and pay for tolls.

Each tolling agency activates vehicles at different times and the process can take anywhere from several minutes up to a full day.

Keep in mind that if you drive on a toll road with an inactive vehicle, you can receive toll violations.
