Oops, I put too much money on my account. Can I get a refund?


If you accidentally add too much money to your account balance, our customer care team can help with a refund.

We don't provide refunds for Pro plan susbscription costs.

We issue refunds Mon-Fri 8 -5 Eastern Time, and it usually takes about 24 hours from the time of your request. After we've initiated the refund, your bank must then post the amount back to your payment method, and bank processing times vary.
