My license plate was damaged/lost/stolen. What should I do?

First, contact the issuing department of motor vehicles since you are still liable for all tolls incurred on your vehicle before removing it from your account. Then in the app tap Vehicles from the menu and delete your car from your account.

Once you get your new license plate, go to Vehicles in the app again to add your new vehicle and plate information. Within 24 hours, we'll register your new plate with toll agencies and let you know when your new vehicle is ready to hit the road!
