How to request / reorder a transponder? I lost my transponder?
You will be prompted to order a transponder when adding a vehicle with a California license plate.
When you add a California vehicle, you need to confirm your mailing address. On the bottom right corner of the app, select ‘More.’. Then scroll down to the settings section and select ‘Profile’. You will see a field for your street address at the bottom of the screen. Fill in this information and we will send your transponder to your address automatically.
If you plan to travel to California and want to order a transponder, or need to order additional transponders, contact our Customer Support team between 8 AM - 2 PM CST.
Note: Please make sure to always inform Uproad via email or live chat when you detach your transponder and attach a new one, otherwise the new transponder won't be activated.
