FAQs

How do I dispute a toll charge in the app or violation notice sent to me in the mail?

Sometimes, the toll agency didn't read your license plate correctly, there was a glitch in their system, or sent a toll violation that you don't believe is yours. But no worries! Uproad has a team dedicated to research these situations and contact toll agencies on your behalf. If you receive a suspicious toll charge on your account, tap the "Dispute" button in the toll details and provide some information to help our team resolve your issue.

If you receive a violation notice in the mail, send us a copy of it by contacting us in the app chat or email us at support@uproad.com. Uproad protects you from toll agency violations. If you get an agency violation on a road we cover while your vehicle is active with Uproad, the agency has likely made a mistake. Just contact us and we’ll cover it for you.
