How do I cancel my Pro plan auto-renewal?


By default, your Pro plan is set up to automatically renew so that you don’t incur unexpected toll fines. If you wish to cancel the auto renewal, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Uproad app

  2. Select “More” from the bottom navigation menu

  3. Select “Wallet

  4. “Select “Plan” and then select “Switch to the Pay-as-you-go plan.”

You will remain on the Pro plan, keeping the lowest toll transaction fee, until the end of the month of your Pro plan subscription. When it ends, you’ll then switch to the Pay-as-you-go plan. Once your account balance is $0, your payment method on file will be used to pay any toll bills you incur.
