How can I close/delete/cancel my account if I don't want to use Uproad any more?


We are sorry to see you go! You must contact our Customer Support team to close your account. You can contact us the following ways:

  1. Chat with our customer care team by visiting the Help & Support page on our website and clicking the blue dialog button in the bottom right corner.

  2. From the app, click the “More” button in the bottom right corner and select “Chat with Support” from the menu.

  3. Fill out and submit the form on our Contact Us page and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.

  4. Send us an email detailing your request to support@uproad.com.

Please note that deleting the app or unsubscribing from a paid membership will not close your account. You must contact us directly for that to take place
