FAQs

Can I pay past tolls if I open an Uproad account?

You can use Uproad to pay tolls from the previous five days - but only in California. Here’s how:

Here's how it works in California:
  1. Sign up for an Uproad account, link your payment method and add your vehicle.

  2. Uproad will activate your vehicle with California toll agencies immediately.

  3. The toll agency will post to your account any outstanding toll charges from the five days previous to your account set up. Their posting process takes several days (typically from 3 to 30 days after you've activated your Uproad account). If you don't see a charge you had expected within 30 days, email us at support@uproad.com or chat with us in the app.

For past tolls in other regions, you'll need to pay the toll agency that directly oversees the toll road.
