We write to inform you of a significant development at Uproad. Regrettably, we will be concluding and winding down our operations on October 18, 2023. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support over the past three years.

Rest assured, all pending transactions will be diligently processed and reflected in your account within the next 30 days.

By November 18, 2023, For accounts holding a balance greater than $2.00 (US), Uproad will initiate the refund process per the Terms of Service and you should receive all funds due by the end of the November. Balances less than $2.00 (US) will be graciously donated to a local food bank, unless we hear from you, please email support@uproad.com, before October 31, 2023, requesting a return of these funds.

To ensure a seamless refund experience, we kindly ask you to verify and, if necessary, update your payment method at your earliest convenience.

Tolls incurred prior to October 18, 2023 will continue to be honored as per Uproad's initial commitment. Processing of these tolls will persist through the respective tolling agencies, adhering to our Terms of Service. As you navigate toll roads following this announcement, we recommend establishing a direct account with your local transportation agency for efficient toll road management going forward.
